I ended up making use of the H1-H3 Orcus Conversion you listed, of all of the fixes I read about this one was the simplest to incorporate and most importantly it fixed a lot of the issues I had with the module.
We played this in so maybe the errata that had come out by then made things easier, but that’s just speculation. It is followed by the sequels Thunderspire Labyrinth and Pyramid of Shadows. This updated version fixed many typographical errors throughout the module, revised the presentation and formatting of many shhadowfell, and re-tuned the difficulty of certain key sections shadowell adding or subtracting monsters.
