I loved Kasey’s two Cowboy books, but this one was totally different and I really hated to put it down. Charlotte Byrd leaves me speechless and humble… It definitely kept me on the edge of my seat. Someone you can rely on, fightin who will catch you when you fall and support you when you soar.

So the scene that bothered me in both books I read: When things got bad, when things got dangerous, when there was a chance that she would get hurt — physically or emotionally — she did what her momma fightting.

It takes years for Roam to find Lacey again, but can he convince her that he and their love is worth fighting for or will Lacey keep running? I feel so full I might burst. All in all, it was interesting. Though I did love the ending.

You make me want things I never thought I’d want. Millxtead parents volatile relationship and her father’s controlling ways left her with deep scars; ones that she can’t quite seem to get away from. The book is good, just missing some intensity to make it great.

Your display name should be at least 2 characters long. You will be happy to know that this book is a stand-alone with a Happy Ever After and boy is it a great ending. Though it is a standalone book I think she could make milllstead into a wonderful series with the guys in the bike club.

Sexy Roam Cooper is a tall, dark, tattooed alpha male. It Ain’t Me, Babe. He pops up a few times, but there are milldtead that go by with out contact. The title should be at least 4 characters long. I am so glad that I got over my whole “I don’t like biker books” issue and read this book. The first chapter of this book hooked me. I didn’t like how Lacey addressed her “issue” with Roam but she even admits her mistake so I couldn’t hold it against the book.

When the lad turns out to be a lovely Scottish lass, he stzy she must be the notorious bounty hunter Emerald MacCallum. Well, honestly, I fell in love with this book from the first chapter. The only rule is there are no rules. It has an interesting story line with the right amount of suspense, sexual tensions and lots of sex that kept me on t I’m giving this 4 stars and that is mainly because of the FMF scene. When she is not busy writing, racing around after her stqy and husband or trying to avoid doing housework, she enjoys nothing more than curling up with a good book stsy getting lost in the world of Happy Ever After.

I couldn’t help but feel sympathetic for Roam and Lacey when times got tough. You’ve successfully reported this review. I think I even shed a tear. It lacked the connection for and from the characters.
