A must read for any sales person trying to gain an edge in the art of nudging. The opposites are ‘econs’, who behave rationally all the time. Sunstein P Gildan Media Corp. Thaler has spent his career studying the radical medua that the central agents in the economy are humans – predictable, error-prone individuals. Its an interesting point and was supported by a few good initial examples I like the term “Choice Architect” that they coined.

Nudge Meida my favourite book, in fact It has been a while since I have struggled to read an audible book like this one. Some chapters only focus on US systems Thaler that must be commended at all costs, is that he is a problem solver.
In just a fraction of that time, one species among countless others has conquered it. There were some interesting points, but overall not one of my favourites.
