Janeway’s Immunobiology

As an introductory text, students will appreciate the clear writing and informative illustrations, while advanced students and working immunologists will value its comprehensive scope and depth. I can’t afford it at the moment but now I can read it here.

The writing style itself is extremely hard to follow and full of jargon that is not explained properly. While this book is probably the most comprehensive immunology textbook in the field, it is overwhelmed with detail–so much so that the “big picture” immunobiloogy obscure.
